Welcome to our online store. Thank you for supporting local. We hope you enjoy your products as much as we do. As a small operator we will do our best to respond quickly to your requests and orders. Generally all order fulfillment is done on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
PAYMENT
At present we accept PayPal, Google Pay, Visa or Mastercard and do not accept Gift Cards at this time.
Taxes & Duties
All Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes when the order is processed according to the final destination of the product.
US customers are not required to pay any sales tax, however duties, taxes and/or customs fees are customers sole responsibility and will generally be collected upon delivery of your order.
- Your order confirmation provides only the amount collected by Pacific Yak Angler and we do not provide nor assume any responsibility for the amount of duties, customs or brokerage fees. In general orders under $800 are not subject to any additional duties
By completing your order you agree to accept delivery of your product and pay all necessary duties and taxes not administer by Pacific Yak Angler
Shipping Policy
Welcome to Canada eh. We're not quite like the US as shipping is costly. We have done our best to provide shipping options to reduce these costs and are currently working with Shopify to identify improvements in this area.
If your shipping seems unusually high (sometimes on small orders) send us a note and we will make an adjustment on our end.
Presently our Free Shipping is offered as follows (a few exceptions for larger Malone / Scotty items apply)

Shipping & Delivery
The shipping method we currently offer is via Canada Post (USPS) (10-12 days) with an option to upgrade to Express Post. We try to ship all orders within 3-5 days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email stating so. We are unable to guarantee delivery times by our shippers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Certain additional conditions apply to international shipments as follows:
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and ship to residential addresses only
- All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
- We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased and they cannot be classified as a gift
